CH@ps’ legal practise is covered by insurance as required by the Legal Profession Act 1976. CH@ps’ Professional Indemnity Insurance liability are insured up to RM2,000,000.00. The mandatory limit for CH@ps under the Act is RM450,000.00 and are being insured by Jardine Lloyd Thompson Sdn Bhd. and excess layer of RM1,550,000.00 are covered by Allianz General Insurance Malaysia Berhad.
